Holiday house for rent in l'Escala, with private garden and communal pool. A house with everything you need for a fantastic holiday with friends and family enjoying the beach and the most beautiful corners of the Costa Brava.



The Pinamar house is located in a beautiful and well-maintained community all year round. It has a community pool and garden, also parasols and barbecues shared with neighbors. Access to the community is from the private garden of the house, right in front of the terrace.



The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor we find a bedroom with a trundle bed, a complete bathroom with a shower and a spacious and bright space with an open-plan kitchen and living-dining room. This room has direct access to the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, and also to the private garden that connects with the community area and the pool. On the first floor we find the second bedroom with a bunk bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub and the master bedroom with a double bed and access to an upper terrace with views of the community garden and pool.



It has all the equipment for a complete vacation: free parking space in the surrounding area, Wi-Fi connection, television, washing machine, etc.



The house is located in a quiet area, 150 meters from the Montgí Natural Park, where there are perfect paths to enjoy cycling or walks through the forest with fantastic views of the sea. At the same time, the house is just 15 minutes walk from Riells Beach. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
