A very well maintained and comfortably furnished townhouse. The house is located in a residential area in L'Escala. It has 2 levels.
On the first floor there is a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and a wood-burning stove. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen furnished with gas stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. From the living room there is access to the furnished terrace and a staircase leads to the large terrace.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink.A washing machine is also available. The house is very well shaded.
Parking is available in front of the house on the street.
The house is located about 800 meters from the beach, which is also within walking distance.
The nearest supermarket is about 500 meters away. A large supermarket Carrefour, Aldi; Lidl and many others like stores.
La Escala is located in the bay of Roses. There, strange rocky cliffs alternate with small bays and kilometers of sandy beaches. La Escala has a pretty old town with small streets, shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby are the well-known Roman archaeological sites. La Escala has a mile long promenade where you can go for a walk.

Es war alles sehr sauber – die Agentur hat sich super um uns gekümmert hat immer gleich geantwortet – leider gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen und kein Staubsauger – man muss alles fegen und mit einem Wischmob sauber machen. Die Lage ist super man kann überall hinfahren – tolle Strände, leider teilweise mit Parkgebühren und die sind sehr hoch. Geschäfte wie Aldi und Lidl oder ein spanischer Supermarkt sind in 2-5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch sind genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden.

L’agence est au top de la serviabilité 👍
La maison était très agréable et confortable, tout comme si on était chez soit et ceci grâce aux nombreux accessoires.
Environ 12 minutes à pied de la plage.
Commerces grandes surfaces à proximité.
Rien a redire au top.
