Terrace: Furnished with a table and chairs, and a canopy to protect you from the sun.
Living-dining room: A cozy space with a sofa that converts into a bed for 2 people, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day.

Bathroom: With a modern and functional shower.
2 Bedrooms: One with a 150 cm bed and the other with 2 beds of 90 cm. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, offering comfort and space for everyone.

Additional Information:

Communal swimming pool:available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.

Pets: 1 small pet allowed with prior notice to the agency. A supplement may apply.
Electric Car: Charging of electric cars is NOT permitted in the accommodation. However, there are specific charging points available in L'Escalafor your convenience.
Parties and Events: Please note that no parties or events are allowed at the accommodation.
Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8 AM. Please respect quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbors.
Fan:Fans are available.
Appliances: No oven or dishwasher.
