In the best location of L'Escala, with spectacular views of the Bay of Roses, a few steps from the marina, the beach and the commercial area of Passeig de Riells, is this 280 m2 villa, with garden and pool private, to spend an unforgettable vacation !!!
Distribution, ground floor: large open space with different environments: living rooms, dining room, kitchen with access to the garden and spectacular views, a bathroom and garage.
First floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 suites with 160 X 200 cm beds, one with 2 90 X 190 cm single beds and the other with 90 X 190 cm bunk beds for two people. 3 bathrooms, terraces.
Second floor: 2 double bedrooms with 160 X 200 cm beds, a bathroom and a large sunny terrace. From all the rooms there are incredible views of the bay.
No smoking inside.
Wifi, air conditioning.
Final cleaning and sheets mandatory to pay on arrival € 475

Perfecte vakantie!
Heerlijke plek, luxe verblijf met fijn zwembad en gunstige ligging tov strand, winkels, boulevard. Hierdoor is het niet nodig om op pad te gaan en maakt het dat je echt tot rust komt.
Prettig verzorgd, alles aanwezig wat nodig is en meer.
Heerlijke vakantie voor alle leeftijden en voor herhaling vatbaar!
