The Space:
Welcome to Villa 83D, your tropical escape in the secure, gated community of Tamarán. This stylishly decorated villa features 3 bedrooms: a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a guest room with two full-size beds, and another guest room with a king. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed—perfect for extra guests. Every room and the open-plan living/dining area are fully air-conditioned with mini-split units for year-round comfort.
The villa boasts two heated pools with hydromassage features—one on the ground level and another on the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the ocean and Sierra Madre mountains. Whether you're soaking in the sun or enjoying the evening breeze, the rooftop space is perfect for unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island and modern appliances: electric stove, oven, microwave, and an oversized refrigerator—ideal for group stays. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream, work, or plan your adventures, and thoughtful landscaping adds charm to every corner of this well-maintained property.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, including both private pools and rooftop terrace.

Beach Club Access:
Free for up to 6 guests per day. Additional guests (7th to 10th) pay $150 MXN per day.
No outside food, drinks, coolers, or speakers allowed inside the club.
Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Amenities include beach loungers, umbrellas, two large pools, tennis and basketball courts, and kayaks (weather-dependent).
Restaurant on-site offers fresh local fare and drinks (prices subject to change).

Tamarán is located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a laid-back coastal town known for its beautiful marina, local seafood market, and Sunday farmer’s market. You're just minutes from the vibrant beaches of Bucerías, Punta Mita, and Sayulita. The property is professionally managed by the local property management team, Beach Please. Your dedicated team member will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. Additionally, the pool technician visits the property every Monday and Thursday to check and maintain the pool, ensuring it's always clean and ready for use.
