This beautiful fully furnished lake view home with high-end furniture and spacious residence in Deerfield Resort ("Deerfieldresort.co/amenities") offers superior construction, soaring cathedral ceilings and a lot of decks and outdoor spaces with a great view of the Norris Lake. The main level consists of an open great room with fireplace, dining, modern kitchen and two Master suites with a deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Lower level has three bedrooms, two full baths, 2nd kitchen, dining room, and family room. Floors are hardwood, carpet, and tile. Home is 4,026 sq ft and very well maintained. There is a 3rd adjoining lot for privacy.

The house offers a boat slip and a lift for your boat or other water sports and it is within minutes from the property. You can check the amenities at the resort by searching Deerfield Resort Amenities website. "Deerfieldresort.co/amenities".
Springs Dock is within 5 minutes and offers Boat rentals, ski boats, pontoons, and wave runners for your enjoyments.
The house comes with FREE Unlimited internet with WIFI, Local and Long distance calls, and DIRECTV for your enjoyments.

Deerfield resorts offer a 6800-yard championship golf course with driving range and practice greens. The golf course offers a full-service pro shop and a restaurant. Also, Deerfield resorts offer an Airstrip with a 3000-foot runway.
Deerfield resorts has recreational amenities such as Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, and Sand Volleyball Court.

McCloud Mountain Trails and Restaurant is within 35 minutes and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and the area with Cabins and a restaurant.

We have stayed here a couple times and love this house. The two master suites on the main floor with kids bedrooms downstairs makes it ideal for multiple families. The covered boat slip is a major perk! The nice big yard allowed for the kids to play and to watch the deer.

location and views were great . there are a few maintenance issues and cleanliness that I did share with the owner. he will addressing those issues/concerns later this month . otherwise , owner was very helpful answering my questions and we loved deerfield community. hope to be back at the lake next summer

Great stay at Lake Norris!

Very beautiful and well kept home with plenty of space and inviting bedrooms. Very gracious and communicative host! A few minor maintenance items to be addressed but I am sure Amir and Kathy will have it covered in no time. The place does have a beautiful view of the lake but access to the lake is not as simple as it would seem. Roads to and from the house and local marinas are quite twisty with a fair amount of ups and downs but you do get used to it after a while and it is not as drastic as some of the cabins up in the mountains. A bit of a drive to town to get supplies but there is a gas and go station being built within a couple of minutes from the property that should be finished by the fall which will be a plus. Overall great stay and we would highly recommend as long as you don't mind a little bit of a drive for dock access.

We loved the house! It was more than we anticipated which is great! Everything was immaculate! My only suggestion would be to have more bath towels however we throughly enjoyed our stay! I would recommend this va action spot to everyone!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place

We stayed there for a long weekend. It’s a great place! The golf course and docks are fabulous. The house is huge and has plenty of parking. It has everything you need. We’d recommend power washing the outside and upgrading the outdoor furniture but other than that it was great.

PHENOMENAL property!

We booked this property to plan and attend my father's funeral in LaFollette. Although quite a trip up the mountain, the view and house was completely worth it! Relaxing, quiet, roomy - all the things we needed. We had our 2 1/2 year old grandson with us so we left the baby gate we purchased for future guests with small children to use. Some of the neighbors were a bit obnoxious and came a few times a day blatantly asking for apples, corn, and carrots with no regard for our privacy, but we forgave them since they were deer by the dozens! :) I enjoyed laying on the hammock listening to the birds, we did some stargazing, played pool, had a nice fire in the fire pit while the above mentioned deer neighbors watched. A wonderful and beautiful home - we will definitely be back. Saved as a favorite VRBO destination!

Great family gathering

We had 13 family members meet from different states and spend the holiday weekend together. We had another 9 family members in another house close by that were able to come hang out. We had a blast despite the cold. The house was large and everyone had their own space and bathrooms! Everything was as listed and responses to host were quick. We would love to come stay again in the summer!

Very nice property

The house was everything we expected. Everyone has their own room and bathroom in our group. The drive back was interesting as we arrived later than planned and it was dark. Enjoyed the deer visiting every day. We were able to enjoy several meals since the kitchen was well supplied with the cookware to do so. We did struggle to find dish towels, cloths and hot pads. However, called the number provided to report some damage we noticed upon check in and to get approval to switch thermostat to heat as it was marked as "don't change". There was no return call. Tried to call again only to get a message that the mailbox was full. We were wanting instruction to use fireplace-could not find any.
