"La Picchiera" is a complex of two apartments located on the ground floor of a historic farmhouse a few kilometers from the center of La Morra. The apartment you are looking at can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment has an independent entrance, working kitchen, washing machine and overlooks a large internal garden overlooking the Langhe. The apartment is new: it was opened in September 2022.

The apartment consists of:
(1) One bedroom with a double bed (or two singles on request), a kitchen and dining area.
(2) Large bathroom with shower and washing machine

The garden is common to the property but is for the exclusive use of guests, the host and any other guests of the house, it is completely fenced and overlooks the Langhe as you can see from the photos of the exteriors, all taken from the courtyard of the property.

Eine eindeutige Empfehlung!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, geräumig, sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Terrasse und vom Rasen aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die hügelige Landschaft mit Weinbergen, Haselnuss- und Trüffelplantagen und natürlich auf die Dörfer und Städte und ihre Kastelle - nicht zu vergessen: ein grandioser Ausblick auf die Alpen!
