Villa Miya del Sol is located in the Caves. A quiet urbanization on the outskirts of the historic-artistic complex of Villa de la Orotava. It is located 4 km from Puerto de la Cruz, and 20 km from Tenerife North airport. The villa owes its name to the fact that when the sun rises over the mountain located to the south of it and enters the northern sea, it is seen and enjoyed from any room in the house, as it enters through its large windows and its glass ceilings. That same spectacle can be experienced with the moon, on full moon nights. DISTRIBUTION: The almost 50 square meters in which the dining room, kitchen and living room are distributed openly are flooded at dusk by the sun and hours before dawn by the moon. Annexed to this room, there is an open terrace suspended in the air, from which you can enjoy Teide, the sea and the tranquility of the house. Adjacent to the living room, there is a main bathroom, with a large bathtub and a hydromassage shower tower. To the east of the villa, a small hallway distributes the three bedrooms that are on that level: the master bedroom has a private terrace and private full bathroom with hydromassage shower. In this bathroom, while you shower, you can enjoy the sun and the moon, which enters through its glass roof. The other two rooms face south, and are protected by a mountain, through which the sun rises in the morning. Through a spiral staircase inside, you descend to a laundry room. If you go through the door on the other side of the lower hall, you enter the 25 square meter room, with a 1.80m bed, an armchair and a reading area. This room has access to a full bathroom with hydromassage shower. Through the room or the bathroom, you access the outdoor barbecue area. The barbecue is traditional wood-burning. There you will find everything you need to meet and eat outdoors. If you want to do it at night and the trade wind (typical of the Canary Islands) is blowing, you can lower some canvas walls that will protect you and make your meeting a more intimate event. From the barbecue you can access the pool area. The pool is heated and has a solarium, outdoor shower and a corner where you can read a book or simply close your eyes while listening only to the water falling in the fountain. It is an ideal place to relax and in a matter of minutes you forget everything that worried you before entering Miya del Sol. Just a few steps away, you can enter the Villa again from the upper part or if you prefer, enter through the lower part. The lower room is completely independent from the rest of the house, if desired. The villa also has a private garage, although there is always free parking outside the house. EXCLUSIVENESS: Miya del Sol is a villa that provides privacy and protects from prying eyes in all its rooms, except for the suspended terrace on the lower floor, where you can experience the feeling of being at the top of the world or on a presidential balcony. , given the location and technique used in its construction. THE AREA WHERE IT IS LOCATED: From the house, going up to the street above, you can find: a pharmacy, a supermarket, a restaurant (250m on foot). 100m towards Orotava, you will find one of the best butcher shops in the north of Tenerife (350m on foot). On that same street, above the house, you can access the Humboldt Viewpoint, (500m on foot) famous for the spectacular views it offers of the Orotava Valley. The Las Cuevas urbanization has quick access to the TF5 motorway (1 minute by car), from which you can access any point on the island of Tenerife. There are bus stops up the street where the Villa is located (2 minutes walk: 180m), from which you can take the bus to the Orotava station (5 minutes), and from there, take the bus to different places on the island of Tenerife. The villa is located very close to a virgin beach, called Bollullo, just 5 minutes by car from Loro Parque, Lake Martianez. The property will provide you with information and locations of typical restaurants to taste Canarian food and wine from local winegrowers. You will have direct contact and a quick response to all the questions and needs you may have during your stay at Villa Miya del Sol.

Modern and light house. Multiple outdoor seating areas. Nice pool. Hosts were very welcoming and informative. Good location fir exploring North Tenerife
very, very nice accomodation! comfortable, lovely details and nothing missing to have a wonderfull stay. No touristic environment and just a few car minutes away of Puerto de la Cruz. Private parking in the shade and cosy bbq corner. The hostes is very welcoming and super easy to contact. Would absolutely check availability when visitting Tenerife again.
Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Küche mit allem vorhanden was man brauch. Beheizter Pool mit 29 Grad zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Badetücher und Bademantel werden auch bereit gestellt. Internet in Villa sehr schnell. Privatparkplatz auf dem Villa Gelände ist sehr angenehm. Balkon mit Blickrichtung Teide und Ozean ist auch sehr schön.Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn es Probleme gibt oder man die Umgebung entdecken möchte.Villa würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn man mit Auto auf der Insel reist.
Die Villa war sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet und kürzlich renoviert. Es war alles wie im Inserat vorhanden: Waschmaschine, spülmaschine, Wifi, Playstation usw.
Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit gut erreichbar um Tipps zu Ausflügen oder lokalen Veranstaltungen zu geben.
Leider haben wir immer das Auto gebraucht. Das Gebiet ist sehr bergig, deswegen war leider nur eine Apotheke fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem würde ich hier bei einem weiteren Urlaub auf Teneriffa hier wieder wohnen.
