VILLA PALMARES - A 10 bedroom (one specially designed for disabled needs) beautiful contemporary Villa that holds 20 guests with aesthetic details, set in an oceanfront property, on an hill overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

** HOUSE CAPACITY: 20 PERSONS

The house has a large social common area with a dinning room for 12 persons (that can extend up to 20) and a very comfortable living room with two half bathrooms for men a women use. This area has no a/c.

This area connects with a fully equiped kitchen (a/c) that sits 10 persons for breakfast or lunch. There is also an amazing outdoor kitchen that also sits 10 guests where you will enjoy your bbq and cocktails at sunset.

In the 186 sq meters (2,002 sq ft) main terrace you will find the 81 sq meters (872 sq ft) swimming pool. This is an idyllic spot to hang out with your family and friends next to the water, surrounded by deckchairs.

Should you decide to work on your tan, swim, enjoy the most relaxing jacuzzi next to an outside dinning table and a terrace living room with amazing views of the city and bay of La Paz or watch its world famous sunsets while enjoying drinks and snacks, this is the place where you will want to be.

A half bathroom and an outdoor shower service the main terrace/pool area and there is a large bluetooth portable Bose speaker that works on rechargeable batteries that can be easily moved around in the open areas for your listening enjoyment.


HOUSE DISTRIBUTION:


CLUSTER 1: GROUND FLOOR

This is the only area where you don’t need to use stairs to access any of the rooms. The main room in this area has wider doors and spaces, it makes it easier for wheelchairs or mobility.

Room 1: It has a King Size Bed, a TV area and a full bathroom with a walking closet, this room also has a beautiful terrace with ocean view.

Room 2: It has a King Size Bed, a full bathroom, and a terrace in the back garden of the Villa (No ocean view).

Room 3: It has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom, as well a terrace (No ocean view).



SECOND FLOOR: MASTER BEDROOM AND CLUSTER 2


MASTER BEDROOM - SECOND FLOOR:

Room 4: The master bedroom is definitely the best room of the Villa, a King Size Bed, an L shaped comfortable sofa that is sometimes used by kids as a bed, has also a really cozy terrace to spend sunsets and relax. The bathroom area has a walking closet, and a full bathroom.


CLUSTER 2 - SECOND FLOOR:

- TV room with an access to the cluster terrace (This sofa has been used as well as a sofa bed).

- Room 5: It has a Queen Bed, a full bathroom, terrace access and oceanview

- Room 6: With a King Size Bed and a full bathroom.

- Room 7: It has 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom.



CLUSTER 3: BUNGALOWS AND GYM - Below the pool area

The bungalow area is a more independent cluster, it is in the pool area and there are two rooms and a large common terrace.

-Room 8: Bungalow A, it has a dedicated workspace, a Full Bed, a full bathroom and oceanview.

-Room 9: Bungalow B, it has a dedicated workspace, a Full Bed with a Twin Bed underneath, a full bathroom and oceanview.

-GYM: Below the pool area you’ll also find a gym (a/c) with state of the art technogym equipment: a bench, weights, treadmill, stationary bike and yoga mat. You can exercise with an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez. The gym also has a 32 inch TV and a small half bathroom.



YOUNG BOYS ROOM:

-Room 10: It has a Bunk Bed with Twin Size beds, 2 more Twin Beds (4 Twin Beds in total) and a full bathroom. This room is outside the house and is located by the garage / back garden.


LAUNDRY ROOM:
Washing and dryer machine available for guests use on second floor.
