Excellent room and amenities, we stayed for a visit to cinque terre, 15 minute walk to La speiza centrale train station right around the corner from excellent restaurants and shops Great process to check in! Check out is a little early (10am) but we were up and on the road anyway.

Very nice and cosy apartment in the center of La Spezia. Communication with the host was easy. A nice lady helped us with the luggages, so we could stay for a little longer. The location was very convenient - 10 minutes to the train station and same for the port. Good choice.

The lady taking care of the guess house is a pearl. She kindly welcomed us giving us some tips to visit the area. We spent 3 nights in the room with the little terrasse. The room is cleaned every day, including towels changes. I would definetly recommand the place for a couple.
