The property was undergoing renovations (of which we were not made aware of) with scaffolding right in front of our windows with people going up and down which meant having to leave the blinds closed, creating constant noise and rendering our balcony useless. The rooms AC was limited (capped) and not effective. Was denied a new room based on “availability”. Ended up checking out and finding another place to stay. Would not recommend!

Good location for Station, shops and restaurants. Weather was great but hotel hadn’t switched from heating to A/C so we were too hot indoors - end of April 25. No tea or coffee in room was disappointing. Rest was good.

This hotel is close to train station (7 minutes walk) and shopping street (lot of restaurants to choose). Staff are mostly young, energetic and friendly females. Our bed is comfortable and shower cube is very spacious. Breakfast is great for everyone. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much.

My wife and I stayed the night here, the front desk was very helpful and even gave us the perfect supper spot to go. Room was big, bed was big, shower was big we even had a patio. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We liked the size of the room, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and staff were friendly. They offered to pack a to go breakfast the day we checked out as we left very early, which was really nice.

The beds were great at this hotel. The room was comfortable and appreciated we could use our Netflix account on the TV. The room was too hot and had to pop open the window as the thermostat was on a lock. The soap and shampoo weren't to my taste, smell was off-putting. Its about a 20 minute walk to the marina area and a 15 minute walk to the train station. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

made La Spezia a memorable part of my trip.

it was a last min booking. but it was perfect, and lived up to it's name. it had everything I need and felt inspired to get up the next day and go to cinque terra. great location by the train station as well. bit pricey compared to a few others but worth it. they treated me very well.
