Just 600 meters from the center and 150 meters from the nearest ski lift, it offers a splendid view of the mountains and can accommodate up to 4 people. A perfect place to relax, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the magic of the Alps.

The spacious open-plan living area combines the lounge, kitchen, and dining area in a bright and harmonious space 🌿. From here, you can access a wonderful balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the gentle mountain evenings, perhaps with a warm cup in your hands ☕️❄️.
In the living room, you will find a comfortable double sofa bed, while the bedroom, with a double bed and sloped ceiling, offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere 🛏️. The modern bathroom, complete with shower, adds a touch of practicality and comfort.
A small alpine nest where you’ll instantly feel at home. ✨🏔️

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, continuous service!

🔑 EASY & SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, allowing you to arrive freely, without constraints.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a baby cot and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to host your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied.
