LV4 Large Basement Apartment for Zion Homebase

This large basement apartment has everything you need including a private entrance.

Large well lit downstairs apartment with all the comforts in a beautiful setting.
This basement apartment is very light and open, features 9 ft ceilings, and is approximately 1700 sq. ft. The unit is accessed through an exterior private entrance and a keyless entry system.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and large family room.

The bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. There is a queen bed in the family room, separated by a privacy curtain.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and many small appliances including a waffle iron and mix. A BBQ is located on the back patio for you to use as well.

For your convenience, Wi-Fi is also provided.

NOTE: Children are welcome but must not be left unattended in the yard. A creek runs through the back of our property and can be quite dangerous during thunderstorms.

About two weeks before you arrive, you will receive an email with the driving directions and the keyless entry code so that you can get in without having to meet up with anyone.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.

You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.

CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 a.m. Mountain Time

Appreciated easy check-in process with clear signage. Very clean, nicely appointed and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and supportive. Enjoyed the spaciousness and quiet night stay!

Good stay!

Overall very pleased with our stay! The location is about 30 minutes to Zion National Park and 20 minutes to Kolob Canyon. Grocery store and restaurants are close by. We liked the coffee and food at River Rock Roasting Company. Bed was comfortable. Access and instructions were great. Only one thing to note which is also in the listing, you can hear the people upstairs so if you are bothered by that you might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs to muffle the noise while you sleep. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay!

Trip to explore Zion

My husband and I wanted to hike The Narrows and Angles Landing. Bucket list items. They didn’t disappoint. The rental was roomy, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Very home-y feeling. Not cluttered. Drive to the park was 20 min give or take. Thank you to our hosts.

Decided on this property for its location by Zion NP. Great space for a couple or small family. Comfortable with plenty of light even though it is a basement! Plenty of outdoor space and walking trail just down the road.

Comfortable base for families exploring greater Zion area

Our family of four (including two elementary-age kids) stayed here for several days while we visited Zion NP. We loved having the space to cook for ourselves and separate sleeping areas for the kids. If we had known how much time we would be spending at the park, we might have tried to stay closer, to save ourselves the 30-minute drive to Springdale. But if you're planning on just a one-day visit to the park or will be exploring the general area, this is an absolutely wonderful home to use as a base!

Perfect for our needs

The property was as advertised and work out great for our visit. We spent time in St. George and drove to Zion one day and the location was very convenient for both. The back of the property has a small courtyard that was quite pleasant, and the chickens were a bonus! We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time. The property was on a great location with easy access to Zion/Springdale (25 min). We also visited the north rim of the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Valley of Fire. Great restaurants and groceries store close by. Apartment was huge and nicely kept cool.
