Nice place, nice hot tub, and beautiful location, but not everything was positive:- hot tub was not heated up for us when we arrived as many reviews said it was for them- listing says the place includes linens but that does not include towels apparently. This caveat is a bit buried in the listing so we overlooked it, and just seems unusual for a nice listing. The reason given was that they did not want to have to wash them. Washing towels seems like a basic cost of being in this business to me, but what do I know...- there is no on site garbage removal, so guests have to deal with it themselves. This would not be an issue, except the place they suggest to take the garbage is not always open. When we asked where else to go upon finding it closed, we were told "any gas station on your way home" which to me sounded a lot like "not my problem"- Communication generally was lacking. When we did contact the owner it felt like we were annoying them. Perhaps that's because some questions could have been answered by the info book, but it's not labeled, so it was not immediately clear what the book was for and it's easy to miss. They did not at any point direct us to the book for help either. We arrived with very little info on what to expect. For one thing the kitchen is fully stocked with food and drink, but there is nothing in the listing or any sign on site that says whether or not it is for guests, we had to ask. For the record, the food and drink on site is for the owners.
