The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean. Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk. The location was pretty central with the shopping centre very close by. Loved our short stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you!"

"The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"
