I booked through Expedia 2 nights and paid through the app. The hotel then charged me and then refused to make it right. Expedia did the best they could to make it right but the hotel kept my money. I wouldn’t trust booking with this hotel.

The room itself was ok, the property was littered with trash and I reserved a king/smoking room upon arrival they said they did not have my prepaid reserved room type available and offered a non smoking room. Beds are on the hard side and contrary to what is stated in the description they do not serve breakfast anymore just grab and go selection that is minimal at best

I clearly left my watch in the room. It was an Apple Watch. I called the front desk for them to check who cleaned the room, but nobody got back to me. I clearly left it on the charger on the floor charging. There’s no doubt in my mind that the crew that clean the room took my watch. The watch kept showing up in JENNINGS for a couple of weeks before I had to erase it. The staff never got back with me. I never questioned the cleaning crew for that room to my knowledge.
