Room was fine - but well-worn and not entirely clean. The bathroom sink had not been properly clean when I checked in. The windows on the sliding doors had not been cleaned - they had a child's smudged handprints on them. The carpet in my room was especially worn and smelled bad. That carpet needs to be replaced! The breakfast buffet was OK (but not great), and the wait staff was friendly - but I was annoyed by the fact that I had to wait for a server to bring me coffee and a glass of water. Why not just simplify the breakfast meal and make it a self serve buffet for everything?

Mattresses aren't as comfortable as they used to be. Lobby area is clean enough but 5th floor hallway wasn't vaccumed my whole stay. Breakfast was good.
