"This hotel is phenomenal. I have stayed in many hotels, and I was genuinely impressed by this one. We stayed for three nights during the Furnas portion of our trip and enjoyed every second of it. Centrally located in Furnas, the hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, bakery, and supermarket, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. We were checked in by Claudia, who was so friendly and even provided us with a plug adapter after we realized we had forgotten ours. I believe she also noticed it was my birthday, even though we never mentioned it, because on the day of check-in we received a surprise knock at our door: a complimentary bottle of champagne and glasses from the hotel. We were also treated to a special appetizer from the chef at dinner at no extra cost. These thoughtful touches were completely unexpected but made us feel truly appreciated as guests. If that is not enough to convince you to stay, the breakfast rotates daily and tastes amazing, and guests also have 24-hour access to the thermal pools and gardens. The property truly feels like an oasis. Although there is plenty to do in Furnas, you could easily spend your entire stay at the hotel and still have a marvelous time. We also booked spa massages during our stay and had a wonderful experience. The only thing I would change is booking this hotel for our entire and driving to excursions across island because this hotel truly felt like a home away from home!"

"Bien situé, belle vue sur la mer et nous entendions bien le bruits des vagues et la petite chute au bas de l'habitation, Endroit tranquille à proximité de tout, idéale pour la visite de l'île. Les lits (4) sont très confortables. Un lit queen, un double et 2 lits simples. Literie très propre. Cuisine bien équiper. Il manque seulement un pile patate pour les amateurs de patates pilées. Pas bien grave !"
