## Space

Beautiful semi-detached house, typology T2 with immense taste and contemporary inspiration, all furnished and beautifully decorated.

On the ground floor, we are greeted by a bright entrance hall that takes us to the living room, which still extends to a fantastic terrace with barbecue, ideal for dining on the street, while enjoying the beautiful landscape over the gardens and the natural reserve and the quiet of the place. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with new appliances, opens to this large living room (with sofa bed) and benefits from plenty of natural light, also having independent access from the front of the house. On this floor, only a few steps down there is a toilet and a extra shower.

On the upper floor are the two beautiful bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and each with its own terrace. The views are from there unobstructed and very pleasant. Besides this there is a great family bathroom with large walk-in shower.

## Neighborhood

Inserted in a beautiful gated and private condominium, with large and pleasant landscaped gardens, which embellish the scenery and invite you to the promenade and other outdoor activities, located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful "Praia dos Caneiros" and 2 minutes drive from the center of Ferragudo, this house is the one that sought to spend your vacation every year or live your renovation full time.

About a 5-minute drive from the city of Portimão, it is right next to all the amenities of the big city.

## Transit

From Faro airport you can get to the apartment in 50 minutes by car and 90 by public transport. The beach is within walking distance.

The best way to travel the Algarvarian coast is by boat or car. If you really want to explore the area , a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier as public transport is limited but will also get you around. In Carvoeiro you don't need any special transportation. You can easily walk through the village.

Gorgeous decor and views

Beautiful place, quick walk along foot path to breathtaking views. Lovely stay, though a complimentary bottle of water and instructions for stove and a hot shower would have been nice. Had to call manager about stove and first shower was freezing, until I realized there was a hot water switch.

Family holidays

Well-sized apartment at great location. Downside was the not functioning hairdryer as well as the showers needing some maintenance both at the level of the shower heads as well as in relation to the drainage. Overall however we enjoyed our stay and would return on the basis that above observations are resolved.

As described - very near the beach. A bit of a walk through some rough terrain, we chose to drive and walk from the parking lot most of the time. Air conditioning was great for our stay as it was HOT! The doorknob was not functional on the main entrance door - could only close the door via the keyed deadbolt. That was a bit of an inconvenience as we only had one key. A few bugs/spiders to deal with, but probably to be expected in that climate. Overall a great stay.

Nice apartment with minor inconvenience.

Nicely located apartment and well equipped.We booked for 5 people, but there were only sheets and towels for 4 people. I called about this and it was delivered in the evening. However, they had only brought sheets and towels for the 5th person but no duvet. Luckily we had friends nearby who brought a duvet.

Beautiful Sea Views

This 2 story villa was better than online photos. Issues in past reviews have been fixed so we found no faults. There is a beautiful beach with caves and 2 restaurants nearby. You can drive there if you are not up to the rocky hike down to the beach. The property is well maintained and the furnishings are comfortable. The outside deck is a plus as is the view from the upper level windows. Google directions in the check in instructions will take you to the neighborhood but you will need to refer back to the photos in the listings to find the unit. The unit# is not apparent from the parking lot as the door is at the back of the unit. Overall we were pleased with our stay- very peaceful but easy to get to the nearby towns and the bustling city of Portimao by car.

Wenn die Bedingungen die wir vorgefunden haben, sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft ( im Mai 2026 ) und die Anlage, würden wir weiterempfehlen. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Baustelle liegt ca. 80 Meter neben dem Objekt am Rande der Anlage und hat uns in keinster weise gestört ( sehr geringe Bautätigkeit ). Das Haus ist recht modern vom Badezimmer und Küche ausgestattet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Es wird auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt um Einkäufe zu erledigen oder nach Ferragudo zu kommen. Sehr schön ist auch das innerhalb von 10 Minuten, zu Fuß an den Leuchtturm zu kommen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus über 2 Etagen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Lage des Hauses war super, mit traumhaftem Meerblick vomBalkon aus. Zum Strand sind es nur knappe 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Balkon (vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar) ist jedoch max. 50 cm tief. Hier konnte man abends aber ein Gläschen Wein mit Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Küste in der Region ist ein Traum. Tolle Strände und super Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Orte haben uns nicht so angesprochen. Loulé war schön und hat eine schöne Markthalle. In Ferragudo sind zahlreiche große Supermärkte (auch Lidl und Aldi). Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder :-).

Ruime woning op mooie lokatie

Prima huis voor overwintering. Ligging vlakbij de zee.Van alle gemakken voorzien.Wel een auto nodig .Pas laat in de middag een paar zonnestralen in huis en dat is in deze periode jammer.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Haus hat eine gute Lageund ist schön eingerichtet. In der Küche haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigten. Ein schöner Strand liegt in Fußnähe. Wir hatten dort erholsame Tage und würden es wieder mieten.
