Manatee Modern & Luxurious villa

Located in an enviable position just a short walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, this newly constructed villa is modern in style and architecture, luxurious and highly attractive.



On a fully fenced plot, the villa is accessed through electric gates and there is a private driveway with space for several cars. On entrance level there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which is flooded with natural light due to the numerous patio doors to the external areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and there is a separate laundry area. There are one bedroom with en suite bedroom and a further service WC. Both bedrooms benefit from patio doors to a seating area.

Stairs lead to two further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (not en suite) and an area ideal for working which is complete with printer. There is a fabulous terrace with lounge furniture for relaxing or sunbathing and enjoying the sea view. Stairs lead to the roof terrace which is equipped with chairs and enjoys the same great view.

All bedrooms have king size beds and have plenty of storage. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout making this a perfect house for any time of year.

Externally, there is a private heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers surrounding. The garden includes a grass area ideal for children to play. There is an external bathroom.

Absolutely gorgeous find. We had an amazing time there, the place had absolutely anything you could need amenity wise too. We didn’t even explore as much as we wanted to because we ended up spending so much time at the villa. Katharine was a great host, very responsive and extremely helpful whenever needed. Will definitely be coming back here.

This villa is really beautiful and modern. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms are large with en-suite facilities. The outside gardens are immaculate with lovely grassy areas for sunbathers. The terraces upstairs are huge and a wonderful space to watch the sunset. This villa is perfect for couplesfamilies that would like to relax and simply chill out.

Best villa yet

Amazing villa. Better than the pictures. Best villa we have stayed in for many years and fully kitted out. The furniture is also very high quality. Walkable into town in about 20 minutes. We walked in every day and then got an uber home which only cost 4EUR. Some amazing beaches to explore near by if you have a car. 5 star all the way

Stunning villa

We were a family group comprising 3 generations and have stayed at many villas in the area over the last 15 years - this was truly one of the best. The villa was beautiful, with the kitchen in particular being very well equipped. We enjoyed many happy hours in and around the heated pool with the outdoor furniture being of a high quality. There were some nice touches with fresh coffee beans and a welcome pack on arrival which we appreciated. We all had a lovely week.

We have just returned from a truly wonderful 10 night stay at Villa Manatee. Literally everything is thought of at the Villa, there is everything you could need, including pool towels. We had a midweek clean too which was an added bonus. The Villa is stunning, particularly watching the beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace. Katharine is a great host and was always responsive and helpful. Huge shout out to Fabio as well who we met a couple of times and was always so friendly and helpful. Supermarkets are not far away for all your essentials and food etc and there’s a handy mini market round the corner for smaller shops. All in all an excellent villa and a peaceful relaxing break.

This property had everything - inside/outside - you couldn't have asked for more - It was well worth the $$$$ - we plan to come again and only hope our one concern can be resolved ( see improvements) The water pressure in the showers was not in keeping with the quality of the residence. I know there are water issues in Carvoiero however, a plumber should be called in to check if sediment is blocking the water main filters - It simply makes no sense to build a magnificent home and have state of the art bathrooms and showers and have poor water pressure
