Villa Saint Thomas is a magnificent holiday home located in a quiet residential area, ideal for relaxing family holidays, offering comfort, privacy and a privileged setting close to Carvoeiro.



The living and dining area is spacious, bright and welcoming, with direct views over the pool, creating the perfect space for relaxation and social moments.



On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with shower, as well as an additional guest bathroom, providing comfort and convenience for guests staying on this level.



On the first floor, there is a double bedroom en suite, equipped with a shower and bathtub, offering a more private and comfortable retreat. On this level, guests can also enjoy a terrace with pleasant sea views.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering ideal conditions to prepare meals easily and enjoy time together during the stay.



Outside, the villa features well maintained gardens, a large heatable pool (extra cost), a welcoming patio and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and leisure moments with family.



Located very close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in Carvoeiro, this villa is an excellent choice for those wishing to enjoy the Algarve in comfort and tranquility.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
