Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Worst service.

They do not honor bookings from hotels.com. I was stranded that night because I tried to checkin close to public transportation curfew, thinking I secured a place to lodge, only to get there and be sent packing. The manager and desk attendee said they never heard of hotels.com and refused to be accommodating. They also told me there were no more rooms even though online showed availability which led me to prepay in the first place. I tried to work with the attendant to contact hotels.com and he lied and said the hotel doesn’t have a number. Worst experience ever. 0/10.
