"Staff was great. Location was phenomenal. Inside the hotel room was very good - linens, smart features, bathroom - all clean and modern. I would say my biggest complaint was that the hotel itself is in need of a renovation. It’s a bit run down and doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel from the outside. Our room was in building 3 and to get to it we had to take elevators and stairs - it was definitely like a maze to get to the room. The balcony had a great view of the ocean - but the hallway to the room felt like walking through a basement dungeon. But as I said the staff was great and the location is superb."

"Really cute property and nice staff. Love the wine hour and boutique feel. The rooms could be a little more comfortable. For example, the bathroom light switch stopped working in the middle of the night. Also, honor snacks are a thing of the past and a little offensive given the cost per night. Just put some bottled water and a few free snacks in the room. I would stay again though. Overall, we had a good experience,"

"We had a wonderful stay at Capri Laguna! We absolutely loved our time here. This was our second stay at the property. Nick and Bachir were so nice and thoughtful to our family. We enjoyed the pool, the beach (Jose helped us out with an umbrella and chairs), breakfast, and you can’t beat the location. The rooms are comfortable and we love the sound of the waves crashing at night. Parking was accessible too. We felt right at home. Thanks Bachir and Nick for a wonderful visit and hope to see you again soon!"

"Stayed in the North building, which has fabulous rooms. The rooms were clean, but the hotel unfortunately offers only weekly cleaning. Staff is super friendly. The location is unbeatable. The kitchenettes in the rooms are small but well-equipped. Unfortunately, the mini fridge wasn't working too well. The south building requires maintenance due to visible repairs. All in all, we always love our state because of its location, and once they reinvest in the property, there will be no complaints."
