This spacious retreat is perfect for family groups or a couples get away. The house has the charm and warmth of the mountains with all the comfort of modern resort. The large main deck is newly furnished with RH furniture, the kitchen is filled luxury appliances, all new beautiful linens of the beds and new TVs upstairs and down.
Everyone has a place to relax with a spacious living room complete with a large stone wood burning fireplace, a game room with a pool table, 55" TV, wet bar, sleeper sofa, dining room that seats 10, a gorgeous furnished deck overlooking the lake. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake.
The master suite has a king bed, jetted tub, fireplace, TV and private deck with amazing views. There is a second suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. On the main floor there's a bedroom with a king size bed and lake view, also an adjacent bedroom with a queen bed. The two bedrooms upstairs are great for families with a queen and 2 twin beds.
All six bedrooms and bunk room have access to WIFI.
Lake Arrowhead is a playground for those who love the outdoors! In front of the house is a private dock to enjoy swimming in the warm summer months.
The all new Skypark at Santa's Village is only 15 minutes away. It's an outdoor sports park with mountain biking for all ages, zip-line, archery, rock climbing, hiking and restaurants. If you're looking for snowboarding or skiing then Snow Valley Resort is a short 30 min drive.
You are guaranteed to have lasting memories with family and friends at the Mountain Lodge in Lake Arrowhead!

House was amazing! We went with two families and the owner was so responsive. Very clean, had all the amenities and so many places for people to hang out in the house. Location is great... highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect lake vacation

We had more than enough space for 9 family members. Kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked/grilled almost every night. Lots of board games, we spent much of our time on the deck and dock. Appreciated the motorized sun shades and caught many fish. Played pool and sat in the hot tub more than a few times. Owners were very responsive. Loved this property.

Amazing Lake Arrowhead Reunion

Met up with old friends and their families for a few days of re-connecting. The house, amenities, lake access, and views were top notch. The home is extremely well equipped and maintained from the kitchen to decks, dock, hot tub area, game room, you name it. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for such a wonderful place.

Family Gathering

This is a lovely home with beautiful views over the lake. There were eleven of us and we could easily fit everyone in their own bedroom in the house. We liked that there was room for all of us to sit together at the table in the kitchen as well as to sit outdoors and enjoy the views. We spent our last night enjoying the fireworks over the lake. The house is clean and very nicely decorated and is a great home for family reunions.

Amazing lake weekend!

Many of my friends and I were coming up to be in Our good friends from college wedding and this was the perfect spot for us! It was walking distance to the venue and on the water - what more could you ask for! Plus the views are amazing!

Lakeside Gem!

The views of the lake from every room of the house and balconies were amazing! The amenities were perfect for our family. Location was central to a number of snow activities. This is definitely a lakeside gem that we will want to visit again in the near future!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful well kept property. The view is exquisite and my family had all the comforts of home for a long relaxing weekend. The owner was accommodating, professional, and very easy to communicate with. We would book this property again in the future.

Large home on lake.

This property was well kept and plenty of beds and room. It could use a facelift and plumbing updates. The lake however is highly restrictive and unlike the add states visitors may not be on the lake unless basically tethered to the dock. It has beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is under equipped for large parties. Needs set of nonstick pots and pans and cookie sheets as well as real soap to clean greasy dishes. Refrigerator is small for the size of home and accomodations. Beware! There is no central AC in the home other than the master bedroom and the thermostat is obviously controlled by management as the air would not cool lower than 79*. Elevator is conveniently broken. Perhaps always as I wouldn’t want the liability of an elevator if I had a rental like this. All in all we had a good time as a family but the lake restrictions are a major bummer.

Perfect Family Getaway

We just returned from a long weekend at this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren. The home is lovely, and also very welcoming and homey. There was more than enough room for the 11 of us. The location on the lake is perfect...close to a market, but far enough away from the village so that it is quiet. The views of the lake are spectacular, especially from the master bedroom and deck. The kitchen is well-stocked with most everything you could possibly want or need to make a meal. We also loved that we could all sit together in the dining area. My husband has mobility issues and the elevator made his every day life so much easier. Everyone else also enjoyed using the elevator to unload groceries, suitcases, etc. The only one item that we would change if we could, would be to have a shower in the master bath. There is a beautiful jetted tub, but it wasn't possible for my husband to use it and I prefer to shower. So, we both used a shower in one of the other bathrooms. If that is the only shortcoming to this spectacular property, in our opinion, it is one that we can easily accept. Our family is already planning to spend another long weekend in this home this summer.

2nd year in a row, probably a 3rd!

My guys have been doing a yearly retreat for 8 years. This is the first time we’ve gone back to the same place. The house is fantastic for our group of 10 (each person had their own bed!). The kitchen is well laid out and is the favorite of our in group chef. The new dock is fantastic with plenty of toys and lounge space. And the views are unparalleled. Can’t wait to go back next year!

All was good...would have been nice to have umbrellas out on main level deck for shade while awning was not working...we all had to squeeze into covered area...for shade from the hot sun or be inside..otherwise all good.

Beautiful lakeside home in Lake Arrowhead

We have stayed at a number of rentals in Lake Arrowhead and this one is probably the best so far. It is even nicer than in the photos, with a big deck with unbelievable views of the lake from the deck, kitchen, living room, and most bedrooms. There is also tons of space in the house, much of which seems newly renovated. The private dock with kayak and paddleboards really made our stay, though. Really hoping to be back next year!

The property was amazing - the view of and proximity to the Lake were spectacular. Loved hanging out on the new dock. Good fishing! Enjoyed watching the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Perfect Family Retreat

This was the perfect home for our large family. It is a beautiful house on the lake with incredible views from multiple rooms, and we had a really wonderful time making memories here. Other members of our family said they planned to rent this home in the future, and we intend to return as well. Dave and Summer (the owners) were responsive and awesome to work with, and we wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay. Perfect retreat for large families.

Beautiful property!!

Had an amazing weekend here with family! The property is beautiful with amazing views. What we liked the most was how clean the place was and how the kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. I highly recommend this property. Summer and Ethan were very helpful as well and answered all the questions we had. Only downfall we had was the jacuzzi .. we were unable to get it to work! Aside from that though this place was magical.
