Upgraded with amenities that are hard to find on the mountain including: central A/C and heating, entire home automatic generator, Samsung Frame TV, Sonos sound system, Alexa speakers in every room, primary bedroom on first floor, driveway parking for 5 cars, custom motorized blackout shades, lightning-fast internet, 2 private workspaces and plush king beds with brand new Slumber Solutions memory foam mattresses with hotel style Bedsure linens.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, property, and all amenities — including an EV-compatible outlet (bring your own charger or use a nearby station!).



Lake Arrowhead Access (New for June 2025):

Short-term rental guests enjoy free access to Lake Arrowhead and its scenic trails through the ALA! Registration is required via a waiver sent after booking — all guests must be listed on the Agreement Form. Bring your ALA Membership Card when accessing the lake or trails.



Enjoy hiking, walking, running, swimming (best at Bob’s Beach below the house), or fishing from the trails. Boats, docks, Beach Clubs, and Village docks are off-limits. Trail #7 nearby leads to a sandy beach and connects to the full lake trail system (video instructions provided).



For water activities, book a boat charter with McKenzie Ski School or drive 20 minutes to Lake Gregory for rentals like paddleboards and kayaks (boating on Lake Arrowhead is not allowed for short-term guests).

The Neighborhood:

The Palisades neighborhood is Lake Arrowhead’s hidden gem—charming, well-kept, and easily walkable. It offers a peaceful mountain escape while staying close to all the area’s attractions.



Our home is a 5-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, 7 minutes to Blue Jay Village, under 10 minutes to Santa’s Village, and just a short walk to Jensen’s Grocery and Cedar Glen shops.



*Roads are plowed in winter and ideal for walking year-round.



Getting Around:

Getting around Lake Arrowhead is easiest by car. Most attractions, shops, and dining spots are within a short drive. The roads are well-maintained, and parking is usually available at popular spots like Lake Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay Village. In winter, be sure your vehicle is equipped with snow chains or all-wheel drive, as mountain conditions can change quickly. For those who enjoy walking, the Palisades neighborhood and nearby trails are scenic and pedestrian-friendly.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy:

- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.

- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.

- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.

- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.



Please Note: All dogs must be leashed at all times when outside on or around the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone!



Our home is comfortable all four seasons. We have a brand new central A/C and heating system, custom wood burning stove in the living room that can heat the entire house, as well as a whole home automatic generator so the weather never gets in the way of your vacation. These are all rare finds in Arrowhead.



The bedroom with 2 twin beds and playroom is connected to the 3rd bedroom which has a king bed, lounge area and private workspace.



Winter Travel: Tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be required to drive in the mountains depending on weather and road conditions. We strongly recommend you always keep chains with you when driving in the mountains during winter as weather conditions can change rapidly.



There are 5 driveway parking spots for guests to use. During the winter months the 2 parking spots in the lower driveway will not be available, so there will be 3 driveway parking spots for guests in the wintertime.



Lastly, please take a moment to review the “Rules” section at the bottom of our listing. We’ll also send a check-in and rental agreement form after booking that outlines our policies regarding the property, additional guests, pets, and more. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!



Cancellation Policy:

Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected events like flight delays, illness, or emergencies. While our cancellation policy applies as stated, travel insurance can help cover non-refundable costs and give you peace of mind before and during your stay.

Absolutely the best!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the cleanest short term rental I have stayed in. Everything is high quality. The host is very responsive and friendly and the home is well stocked with everything needed for a perfect get-away. The pool was a great addition and there are so many activities available. The organization of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms is perfect. We were able to use the lake trail after getting passes which worked out great. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Arrowhead paradise! The house was beautifully designed, and we loved the stunning lake views. Beautiful lake view house

Our family really enjoyed staying in this beautiful, lake view house. It is well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels for all of us (including beach towels), and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap). The property was very clean and nicely decorated. My daughter (5 yrs old) absolutely loved the bedroom on the top floor with a tv, two twin beds, and bean bag chairs. The house had outside seating on almost all sides, with the back deck being a wonderful spot for dinners, s’mores making, and watching the stars. We even saw a bald eagle while eating on the deck. And of course the cowboy pool was a huge hit with everyone and such a lovely place to relax after a long day at the lake. At one point the power was off due to work being done in the neighborhood, but the house generator came on immediately without any interruptions. We honestly didn’t know the power was off in the neighborhood for quite some time thanks to the generator. The hosts were very communicative and responsive prior to and during our stay and couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall we absolutely loved this property and will definitely stay here again!

Such a great house!

This house was great. Everything was beyond clean and it had anything you would think you need. The house had beautiful interior and everything was up to date. Mari, the owner, helped our stay be a 5/5 and responded to all our questions immediately. I highly recommended this house to everyone!
