Magnificent 2800sqft, 4 bedroom, 5 bath, 3 level PERMITTED vacation rental luxury home nestled in gated community. Extensive lake trail system for hiking and wonderful trails available through San Bernardino Park system. Short distance to Arrowhead Village with multiple restaurants, bars and shopping.

The yard is beautifully maintained complete with two lawn sides, BBQ, and lounging areas. There are multiple balconies allowing you to splendor over the beautifully landscaped grounds. Inside, you have access to a full-size wet bar for spirits. If you enjoy cooking, you can impress friends and family with fancy cuisine cooked up in the executive style kitchen. Afterward, you can play a fun game of Ping-Pong while listening to your favorite music on the central music system. Create a warm ambiance and wind down in the living room beside the electronic started fireplaces while you watch a movie or sports on the 70” flat screen television. Every aspect of this home offers a plethora of amenities such as a full-size laundry room. Be further impressed as this home has an additional steam room for 8 people and jacuzzi/spa for 6 guests . Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom complete with a rain shower. For additional comfort, each level of 3 levels has its own heat and air controls.

If planning on using dock, lake beaches or lake trails for hiking, you first must provide property owner with all names and emails for submission to ALA. Take green ALA Membership card provided by owner together with each person and go to the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) Client Services office to process their registration and pay a fee to access lake facilities. ALA office can be found in marina at 870 North State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 7 days per week. Wristbands will be issued to access trails. Wonderful trails also available through San Bernardino Park system also Arrowhead Village hosts multiple restaurants, bars and shopping.

Trespassing onto docks will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund.

We had an extremely distressing and unsafe experience at this property, and I strongly caution others against staying here. During our visit, my 16-year-old son sustained a serious injury in the upstairs shower when the glass door shattered as he was closing it. He required emergency medical attention, including multiple stitches for deep lacerations.When we contacted the host, Johnny, to report the incident, he immediately deflected responsibility and began blaming my son, without asking any relevant questions or expressing concern. Shockingly, he also hung up on my brother during the conversation. The host’s reaction was not only unprofessional but showed a complete disregard for guest safety. Due to the severity of the incident and the host’s response, we felt compelled to file a police report.Aside from the injury, there were several additional issues that made our stay unpleasant. The driveway is extremely steep and narrow, making parking for two cars difficult and hazardous, especially at night when the entrance is poorly lit. We also had no hot water on the first night and into the following morning.Accessing the nearby lake and trails was unnecessarily complicated due to inaccurate instructions about obtaining the key and passes.Despite reaching out through the VRBO inbox to address these concerns, the host never responded. We are now in contact with VRBO’s legal team regarding the situation.This was, without question, the worst travel experience.

Holiday Trip

Overall we had a nice stay at the house. The house has a great layout, parking was easy, and the house is we equipped with comfortable furniture. The location is great to get onto the lakefront walking paths and a quick walk to the dock. The overall cleanliness of the house was good, but we had an issue with mice eating through packaged food left on the counter overnight. We noticed food falling out of the oven when we used it, which was likely the reason for the mice. We moved the food to the upper cabinets only to find droppings on the counter the next morning. The property contact, Johnny, was very responsive, but I did not find them apologetic and there has been no remedy for our inconvenience. We would look for other arrangements on our next trip to Lake Arrowhead.

What an amazing home! No expense spared. Truly has all the creature comforts! Every bed was luxurious. Every bathroom a spa experience. The game room offers so many activities. With 3 floors, everyone had their own space for downtime and privacy. We’re definitely coming back!

Surprise Surprise

Beautiful, but!! Be careful on the driveway there’s large snow/expansion grooves. Upon arrival I stepped into it & fell down hard. Luckily nothing was broken, but bad bruises. The upstairs shower leaked into the kitchen downstairs. I reported it to the owner & he said that we must have left the shower door open (we did not.) We were charged 857 claiming the drain was clogged with lots of hair. We were only there for 4 nights, & that shower was only used 2 times, by one adult. There is no way a drain will be clogged with hair from a guest in that amount of time unless you suddenly went bald. It had to be years of build-up. I thought I was doing the right thing by reporting it to the owner to prevent further damage, but I guess I was wrong. The property is beautiful: the bedrooms are spacious, & the beds are luxurious. The showers had great water pressure. If it wasn’t for the chargeback, they would have got a 5 but charging me for what should have been a maintenance issue & not renter damage is wrong:(

 every time!

This was our third time back at this property. We love that we can expect a clean house, beautiful property and communicative host every time. We always like taking advantage of the lake view close by and the comfort of the cozy house with spa-caliber steam room and hot tub. Will be returning!

Amazing Long Weekend in Lake Arrowhead

The house was perfect for our group of two 5-person families. With the 4 bedrooms spread across all 3 levels, and living space across 2 levels, we never felt crowded even with 10 people sharing the house. The balconies were great and privacy was abundant. All in all it was a great stay!

The house had the perfect set up for our family. We really enjoyed our stay. Strongly advise to purchase the wristbands for hiking and swimming. We were fortunate to know someone who lived there and took us on his boat to see the beautiful lake.

Wonderful house and a lovely town

The house was I think one of the best ones I have ever stayed at through VRBO or others. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of lounge and hangout space, deck space, cooking was a dream. 10 girls helping in the kitchen at once was no problem. Plenty of dishes, spices, etc. although we brought our own oil and spices to be safe- we probably didn't have to. Beautiful house and I would love to stay there again! The driveway into the house is a little tight and windy, but you'll get it. FYI Lake Arrowhead is not a public lake. you need to give the homeowner the emails and names of the whole party. then you need to go to the lake arrowhead association office and pay for a wristband to use the beaches or the trails. it was $10 each person for 1 day use.
