"It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed. "

"It was a great time in a great hotel! We arrived late at midnight at the hotel, and the lobby was very lively, which made us very welcome! We also got the option to have a late dinner, simple but very tasty food in the main restaurant, after our long trip. The staff are amazing, attentive, and courteous. You see people working everywhere all the time (they are very hardworking people, and they do deserve tips always, if you can). The cleanliness isn't 5 stars, and I'm blaming the buildings around the hotel, which are many at this time. We went to 2 A La Cart restaurants (Mexican and Italian), and even the staff were nice, the food wasn't the best I have tried. So, go to the free options if you have, but don't pay for Italian, even if it is only €10 per person. There are kids' dance and show activities every night.
