Terrible! Internet didn’t work and it was up to us to fix it. Took over an hour. Then we changed rooms twice due to no heat and units that couldn’t be fixed. The manager was rude. Fortunately, we moved to another property and hotels.com took care of securing a refund. Great service on hotels.com end.
