The hotel was not open. I confirmed with Hotels.com before going because of the hurricane. Hotels.com said they checked and it was open. There was no ref on the building when I arrived. Closed for significant hurricane damage. I slept in the car as everywhere in the area was booked.

Housekeeping Issues!!!

Super 8 needs to be upgraded. The walls and doors are dirty. NEEDS TO BE DEEP CLEANING DO U KNOW THERE'S A VIRUS!!? GOING AROUND.THE SO CALLED MANAGER DOES NOT GREET U SAYS SIGN HERE AND YOUR ROOM KEYS. CEO OF THE COMPANY. So called Wyndham was on the morning news. That hotel in Kinder needs a lot of attention. I know it's to lay down for a night.bit plz make it. Safe. Reason I know former Housekeeping supervisor. If I get sick I know Y. Look out for a law suit!!!

The wash cloths were so old they were falling apart Was told it was 7 minute walk to the casino but it was actually a 9 minute drive I called to verify the the gentleman even assured it was really close . . Booked two rooms for two days again not in the system correctly the following day the beds were made but the trash was not take out. Breakfast was terrible 1 bowl of cereal and all the cereal was gone. Coffee had so many grounds in it we couldn’t even drink it it was messy but no one was there really bad service TVs in both rooms only had two channels. Will not be staying there again

Horrible place and scary

This hotel is horrible. Dirty old smells of smoke. Bed is like sleeping on floor. The rooms all had doors open because they were trying to air smoke out. No coffee maker broken furniture

When we walked up to our room the door was wide open... there were tiny hairs in the sink, ashes in multiple drawers, and stains all over the covers. We weren’t in the room maybe 5 minutes and they wouldn’t give us our money back.

Service was horrible. The rooms were not cleaned from the previous guest that had been in that room. I addressed the situation and the Peter Patel did not do anything about it. The room was never cleaned.

the room was very run down, carpet was filthy, shoes would stick to carpet. Bathtub had patches all over it. Bed spreads had questionable stains on them. No microwave no refrigerator. Ice machine broken. TV would only pick up one channel. I tried to get refund but was told since I booked on Expedia I could not get refund. I had to find another room at different hotel and pay all over again. Motel was a lot farther from casino than on website.

I arrived at 2:15 and they weren't going to let me check in, until I said I had come a long way and was not happy about waiting, so they did check me in. Tried to get some ice, and even though theire's buckets for ice in the room, they don't have ice.

It was TERRIBLY , They have us a room I opened the door it wasn’t clean so I went back to the office told them that the room was dirty so they gave me another room they didn’t have towels only one hand towel and one on the tub and one hanging on the door I had to go look for a cleaning lady and asked them if I could have some towels finally got them, they tub needed cleaning and work. And before we left one of my earring fell down I picked up the bed shirt OMG it was nasty trash was under the bed , when you pay 60 dollars a night I think it should have been clean at list!! WE will never stay in a hotel like that again, I hate to think that they didn’t change the blankets!!😡😡😡

Well for starters it is false advertising!! It is not a 7 min walk to the casino like it states. Doesn’t look very safe I wouldn’t let my kids stay there no more than a min without me there. The beds are not comfortable. We ended up getting a different hotel within 5 mins of being there!!!!!

I liked the friendly desk clerk and the room was nice and big.I liked the room rate. I didn't like that the room (1) had a commode that didn't shut off unless you lifted the lid and reset the plunger, (2) had to ask for facial tissue, coffee for the room coffee maker, and to get the desk light to work, which never happened.

The bed was hard like a board and low to the ground. I would not bathe in that shower. The door wasn’t sealed, there was daylight coming from under the door and through the lock side of it. No channels worth watching, info-mercial shows. No butter, no big cups at breakfast. Cups in the room for coffee we’re bent up.

The overall experience was bad. The room is extremely small. The furniture was too large for the room. The carpet was not clean. The tub was not clean. There was bugs in tbe restroom. I I will not choose any Super 8 again.
