Ms. Elsie was kind and took pride in her job. When we arrived there was a dirty towel in the room, and soap bottle was empty. (Ms. Elsie corrected immediately.) Bathroom sink drained extremely slow. Pretty good room for the cost.

Mildew and foul smells entering the lobby. Stained, dirty bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels. There was no manager available to assist. I was denied a refund, only 10% discount.

I prepaid for my room through Expedia. At check in, the rep was friendly, but he charged my card for my stay instead of just charging the incidental fee. My room was clean, but the property could use some updating. Sheets and towels were clean, but had some yellow stains. I wouldn't consider it up to Wyndham standards.
