I am asleep. Then something crawled on my hand. I woke up, turned on the light and saw that it was a cockroach, and it was still on my hand. You can't imagine how deep my psychological shadow was. I didn't sleep all night. My head is full of cockroaches

Could have been better
We booked and paid for this in advance. Specifically requested two beds, non-handicapped room. Were first given a one bedroom room. When we went back to reception she said we paid for one bed. I showed her our reservation to the contrary. She then said the only thing she had available was a handicapped room!!!! There were only two bath towels in the bathroom. The hotel itself is only 3 years old so it was a nice fresh, clean hotel. Breakfast was the usual cereals, bagels, coffee, etc.
