Newly renovated, it was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our visit to the area. A couple of times we got to see the cranes with their baby early morning. Relaxing on the veranda in the evening looking out at the lake was peaceful. I would definitely book this home again.

This home in Lake Helen was perfect for our 2 day stay. We were visiting the area to watch my brother play baseball vs. Stetson. It was only 11 minutes from the field. Took a 25 minute drive to DeLeon Spring State Park which was a huge hit with the kids. Linda and Dennis were great hosts and provided snacks, bottled water, and coffee for us to enjoy. This was GREATLY appreciated! The property is peaceful and comfortable. The backyard is a true gem. We even got to watch a family of Sandhill cranes roam around from the sunroom.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It had been remodeled and I absolutely loved the kitchen. I would recommend anyone who’s in the area to try to reserve it. If it’s available it is a phenomenal beautiful place. Everything you need is there, including stocked water in the refrigerator and they answered all questions very quickly a fantastic experience.

The house was clean and newly renovated, and the backyard being on a small lake was really beautiful. We spent time on the spacious screen porch enjoying the view. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Close to amenities and an easy drive to Blue Springs state park. We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.
