Apple Valley 23 at Rumbling Bald

The rules for Apple Valley 23 are "Relax - Wake up Smiling - Nap Often -  Jump in the Lake.".  It says so right on the wall.  You really can't go wrong with that formula for your vacation.  You' can "Relax" on a cozy queen size bed. .Then, "Wake up Smiling": knowing you have a almost full size kitchen for snacks and meals and you can "Nap Often" on a comfortable leather sofa, while watching your flat-screen TV.    You have all the adventures of Rumbling Bald, so it's easy to "Jump in the Lake."  It's all right here.  Add the view and mountain air on your private patio and you'll never want to go home.  But, if you need to check in, you can with the dedicated WIFI.


CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
