Welcome to our lake front vacation rental in Lake Lure, North Carolina! This recently updated log cabin offers mountain views on a quiet cove. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on three different levels offering plenty of privacy. Outside has an upper and lower decks, a deck with a firepit and a private dock. We have a 20 foot pontoon boat available for rent only to our guests and the rates are half of what you would pay at the local rental companies and its located right there at the house which is much more convenient. We also have two tandem kayaks, stand up paddleboard and a swim mat. Embrace the beauty of Lake Lure from the comfort of this exceptional getaway.

The Main Level offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities including a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee bar and all the dishware and cooking supplies needed. There is a dining area with a table seating 4 and a side table seating three more. The family room plenty of seating an electric fireplace and a 55” smart tv for all your entertainment needs. The primary bedroom on this floor offers a king-size bed, ceiling fan along with a fully renovated bathroom with a brand new stand up shower.

The Upper level has an open loft with two single beds, ceiling fan and closet. There is also a
private bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, ceiling fan and a full bathroom with
tub/shower combo.

The Lower Level offers a recreation room with two futons, gas fireplace, tv, games and a foosball table. There is a private bedroom with closet and a full bathroom with a newly renovated stand-up shower. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Outdoor Space- The main level has a covered porch on the lake with a sectional couch
for relaxing, a dining table and grilling area. The lower level has a private deck on the lake which offers plenty of seating. There is a deck located on the lake with a fire pit. The dock is brand new and has plenty of space to relax, sunbath, swim with the family or even launch one of the two tandem kayaks and a paddleboard. We also offer our pontoon boat for rent. It is very convenient and reasonably priced. Ask us for more details!
Notes:
 ATT Fiber internet- Not many houses in Lake Lure have fiber internet
speeds. If your family enjoys their connected devices or streaming movies
and tv shows you will have no problem with internet speeds at this house.

 Parking- There is only room for parking 3 average size vehicles. There is
no parking available other than these three spots. Please do not park in
any neighbors parking. The 3 spots available are parallel parking spots.
Please park as close as you can to the house to not block the road and the
private driveway.

 Security Cameras- This property features 2 exterior security cameras,
located directly on the parking area and one on the house facing the dock.
They do not look into interior spaces.
