Lake house visit

We have stayed in this house before and have always enjoyed it. The pool table and paddle boards and kayak are nice extras. The younger kids love the sandy beach. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could ever want or need. There’s plenty of room and plenty of towels. I would highly recommend it.

Lake Clay house

This house is great for a big group. We are a family of 11 including four kids. We love all the space, the sandy beach, the dock, the well stocked kitchen, the pool table. It’s just a perfect vacation home for us.

House was very spacious and stocked With lots of supplies. Outside area and dock were great. We caught a lot of fish right on the dock. The dock also had a nice sitting area. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was beyond expectations in every sense. Clean, well stocked with the right items, well appointed to accommodate everyone and our needs. Hosts were gracious and responsive. The the common area of home is incredibly functional and comfortable. Outdoor grounds, beach and dock are like an oasis. Very very nice!

Super Lake House

This is the third year we've stayed in this Lake House. We love it every time we stay. We are a group of friends that get together once a year and Clay Lake is a super lake to play in. We bring a boat and floats and just enjoy the water. The house is comfortable, and well cared for. We will be back!!

The backyard is the main attraction!

A spacious lake house ideal for two families! The pros: the lakefront, dock, kayak, and beach (with fire pit), were all main attractions for our group. The appeal of this home is definitely the backyard! We enjoyed sitting on the dock spotting pelicans, egrets, eagles, ibises, turtles, and more! Inside, the kitchen is well-stocked (though we could have used more small plastic cups for kids). All the bathrooms have plenty of towels, beds are comfy, and rooms are dark for sleeping. Cons: the TV wasn’t working for our stay, and though we didn’t come to the lake for screen time, there were a couple instances we would have been grateful for some chill-out time for the kids. The owner did quickly respond about our request to get this sorted and sent someone to look, but when they couldn’t figure it out, there was no follow up which was disappointing. The living room sofa is not in great condition and the cushions are torn from it, making it uncomfortable to sit on. A few more life vests would have been appreciated given we were travelling with so many small children, though we appreciate this may not have been possible. There were two propane tanks with the grill, and both were empty, which was a disappointing realisation at dinner time. Overall, we had a lovely time in Sylvan Shores with family and this home provided what we needed.

Family Reunion in Lake Placid

We really enjoyed staying in your house. This was the best place we have stayed in since we have been coming to Lake Placid. There were six adults in our group. One did not come. We thi k we want to rent it next year

Lake clay

This house was perfect for our family. The size and layout of the house worked very well for us. The sandy beach was great for the little ones, as well as the fenced-in yard. We enjoyed the pool table and the kayak also. I would definitely recommend this property and will probably stay there again.

Perfect lake house

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious for our party of 7, we easily could have invited more family to stay with us. The kids loved the pool table, the beach, the boat house. The grill was perfect for the cookout. We will definitely be back!
