With two good size bedrooms downstairs, one with a adjoining bath one with a shared full bath with the downstairs and a large loft that we easily slept for children and probably could’ve slept two more. This is a great home easy walk to the marina.

Everything we hoped for

Our party of 6 had a great time. Marina and boat launch was super close. House was fully stocked and functional. It was 105 degrees all weekend and the house stayed cool. The game room was a fun addition. We saw lots of wildlife. We plan on coming back next summer.

Beautiful view, amazing property!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family reunion! ( we rented 3 houses right by each other) This house I particular had lots of space and the game room was perfect for the kids who wanted to stay out of the heat. It was very comfortable. The deck was awesome. Very relaxing . The water was so warm!

The property was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the listing was spot on. The owner Mark was wonderful to deal with and everything made for an amazing vacation. The house is right next to the marina and allowed us to dock the boat with ease.

We had a wonderful week stay in Sugarloaf. This home is well stocked and has a perfect layout for families. We enjoyed our meals on the patio and were frequently visited by deer. Beautiful setting and the marina is close by.
