Newland's Resort: Cozy Channel Front Cottage #2 on Indian Lake with a boat dock

Relax in a comfortable cottage at Newland’s Resort & enjoy beautiful Indian Lake under the shade of mature trees or on the warm sunlit grounds! We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.

The living area includes a leather sofa and chair with a 43" Roku Smart TV,
Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker, and a small kitchen table for 2. The enclosed porch area has a large dining table and a futon overlooking the channel.

Our favorite place on the lake

We have been coming to Newlands off and on for 20 years. John and Barb are great hosts always on top of things. Cottages are always clean when we get there. It’s a nice relaxing area!

Hospitality at its finest

John, was accommodating and prompt. Well kept cabin and the launch and dock were a game changer for our spring fishing trip. Froggys was just a 30 sec boat ride from the property. Can't wait to do it again.

Girl's Weekend Paddle

We wanted a quick weekend get-away to do some kayaking and this cabin was perfect. Great location, clean cabin, relaxing time with everything we needed. We rented cabin 2 with the big picnic table in the enclosed porch and it was a great place to study the lake map (provided by host), have our morning coffee, and watch the parade of boat lights after dark. John and Paula even went above and beyond to recommend a great resource when we had car trouble. This place is a great find!
