The Property was nice. The host failed to prepare the room correctly and did not immediately fix issues. Vrbo did not provide support for refund request as host was still communicating.No hot water for first 3 days - true Philippine experience. Only 2 one time use shampoos, no other soap, no spare toilet tissue, no microwave, faucet broken, no water for dispenser. Basic items I had to purchase from local supermarket and asked lobby staff for help getting jug for dispenser.
