Vintage delight right across from campus!

Great location! Stay here & you're basically ON campus! This classic apartment has everything you need for one night or many. Full kitchen and free washer & dryer included with a lot of room to spread out.
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will
. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.

We welcome responsible pet owners! We do charge $15/pet per night for a max of $150 per stay. This will be charge separately the day before arrival. Please keep pets off all furniture and crated when you leave the home.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, weed).

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.

I am normally very accepting of rentals and appreciate the accommodations. However, we were disappointed with our accommodations.We arrived a little early and inquired if we could get inside a as we were exhausted after our travel day. We were told yes but for a fee. ( we got in one hour early and had to pay 25)Once we were there the access was easy to get inside however it was not disclosed to us that we would not be getting the whole house. There was a basement area that was rented out to another family. You could hear everything as I am certain they could hear us too. There was only a deadbolt upstairs that we were in control of, that kept the two apartments separate. It made us very uncomfortable. Also the locks on the windows upstairs do not work the windows were cracked and open when we arrived. The bathroom light sometimes worked and sometimes it didn’t. We had some issues with it being cold in the house and looked for a thermostat but were told it was in the basement with the other renters. And if they changed the temp it could be done once and not changed again until the following weekend. Also, we had to share the small driveway with the downstairs unit. The bushes in the driveway had thorns on them on our side of the driveway and were overgrown, they crowded the driveway so when you try to get out of the car it’s impossible without getting scratched up. We were pretty disappointed with our experience.

For some reason the lock was not coded or was incorrectly coded. The owner took care of it but it was a little frustrating after a long day on the road. Kitchen was adequate. A fuse blew while we were there leaving no light in the bathroom. I was told that nothing could be done because the fuse box was in the basement was occupied and we could brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. Along with the bathroom light, 2 of the free standing air conditioners went out too. Needs some work. Although the people in the basement were very quiet there was only a door with a working deadbolt lock separating the 2 areas. Might be ok for a large family utilizing the whole place but we were a little uncomfortable with the situation.
