Welcome to our incredible beachfront accommodation! This charming place offers you a unique and memorable holiday experience. Located right on the seafront promenade, it will allow you to enjoy stunning sea views and a refreshing breeze throughout your stay.



It is located on the first floor, to access the building there are 4 steps before reaching the lift.



The dining room is oriented towards the sea, from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and beach, as well as dreamlike sunsets with the island of Tenerife in the background and its majestic Teide (Spain's highest mountain). The living room has a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a spacious dining table, which can also be used for remote working, and six comfortable chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV to stay connected and, if you wish, to work remotely inspired by the views.



Next to the dining room is the balcony which has been closed off to extend the living room, although when you open the windows you will feel the sea breeze and see life go by on the lively seafront promenade with the beach in the background.



It has three spacious and comfortable rooms that will make you feel at home:



- Master bedroom with a 1.9 metre long by 1.5 metre wide bed, a smart TV and spacious wardrobe.

Good location

The dishwasher didn't work. The electric cooker didn't work. The info regarding the key was not correct. The keylock to the apartment was very wobly and the key card didn't work after a few days. The location was great

Tolle Lage, minimale Ausstattung und Sauberkeit

Die Lage in der City und an der Promenade ist hervorragend. Wir haben 466 am Tag über Weihnachten für vier Personen bezahlt. Hierfür haben eine nachlässig gepflegte Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Möbel waren abgenutzt. Es waren für jeden nicht mal ein Handtuch und ein Badetuch vorhanden. Es wurden auf Anfrage auch keine nachgeliefert. Küchenausstattung nur das Nötigste. Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit war minderwertig. Man konnte aus den Fenstern kaum heraus schauen und die Duschen waren verschimmelt.
