La palabra que define la estancia es LAMENTABLE. Para empezar el check in implica recorrer la ciudad de punta a punta para hacer un auto check in y coger la única copia de las llaves que te dejan.
La casa es tan bonita como se ve en las fotos, el problema está en lo que no se ve:
- Humedad en varias paredes.
- Colchones viejos y extremadamente incómodos.
- Sólo dejaron 4 toallas de ducha, ninguna de manos
- La ropa de cama estaba viejísima y los almohadones no cubrían toda la almohada que estaba aún más sucia y vieja.
- El sofá está asqueroso y roto
- Las sillas no se han limpiado en años
- No había cucharas de postre ni café
Comunicamos todos estos problemas a la empresa que lo explota nada más llegar y nos ignoraron por completo.
La zona está muy cerca de la playa pero es muy ruidosa y llena de mala gente, el apartamento está en la que posiblemente es la peor calle de toda la zona.
No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Al llegar el apartamento no tenía ni gel ni champú de cortesía, el papel higiénico dos rollos, uno en casa baño y ya, un solo dispensador de jabón de lavabo para dos baños. Hemos estado haciendo rutas por la isla y nos quieren cobrar dos toallas porque dicen que no salen las manchas que hemos dejado, dos manchas que serán polvo de lavarte la cara al llegar y que ha salido sin problemas en nuestra ropa... Hemos dejado en el piso gel de baño al irnos para que si llegas tarde y no hay nada abierto, al menos los siguientes inquilinos puedan darse una ducha, además de detergente de lavadora... Imposible aparcar en la calle, pero hay parking cerca

Logement spacieux mais...
Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé en électroménager mais situé dans une rue très bruyante : circulation intense dès 7 h le matin et jusqu'à minuit, voire plus le WE, un restaurant avec terrasse dont les clients parlent très fort... Très difficile de dormir avec des fenêtres ouvertes et pas de climatisation, donc soit on a trop chaud, soit on a le bruit. Pas de sèche-cheveux alors que mentionné dans la description. Seulement 3 verres à eau et 5 petites cuillers. Même pas un rouleau de papier hygiénique à disposition alors que nous arrivions le soir tard. Les clés sont à récupérer dans une boîte à code située à presque 5 km de l'appartement. Heureusement que notre fils qui réside à Las Palmas a pu aller les récupérer avant notre arrivée et un seul trousseau de clés. Cerise sur le gâteau, un immeuble en construction à côté donc bruits de chantier toute la journée... Un geste commercial serait bienvenu...
