Great location lovely apartment very clean I would stay again but I’d like a balcony next time lovely staff on 24 hr reception all very helpful and pleasant and good English too

Perfect for a week's stay
Staff was super friendly, and they're always available - no issues when checking in. The apartment was clean and well maintained. More than enough space for two, with tiny kitchenette allowing for basic meal preparation. Located a stone's throw from the beach and in the middle of a busy tourist district. Can be loud at night - better sleep with your windows closed and air condition on. Plenty of venues to choose from to eat out nearby, and a shopping mall a block away if you'd rather eat in. Santa Catalina bus station is 5 mins on foot, very convenient if you want to do some sightseeing but don't want to rent a car.

The Mannix Apartments were excellent in all aspects. The location could not have been better in a quiet position with the golden sandy beach and its promenade full of excellent bars & restaurants within an easy 3/4 min stroll in one direction. There are also many bars and restaurants immediately around the Mannix Apartments. In the other direction about 5/6 min stroll you will find the excellent high quality shopping particularly in the El Corte Ingles Centre. All walking on 'the flat' with no hills. All the staff were very helpfully and we will definitely stay at the Mannix Apartments when next visiting Las Palmas.

Mannix
Mannix is well situated, very near Las Canteras beach and within easy reach of restaurants etc. Very clean room with balcony to street, new, everything in good shape. Only issue I would say the street noise if you are in a low floor but hotel flexible in changing rooms if available. For a two star hotel it fulfills it's requirements and above.

This property is right in the heart of town, but just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. It is basic but as described, it was clean & the staff are very friendly & warming. Would definitely recommend if you like to have the town/beach break. Thank you Mannix

My wife and I had a great stay at Mannix. The apartment was clean, stocked and centrally located (5min walk to the beach and Santa Catalina park). The staff/owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.
