As you enter this magnificent property, you will be greeted by the quite and serene atmosphere combined with cozy and luxury feel of the house.

The INTERIOR of the house is beautifully designed with high-end finishes and elegant furnishings. The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating, a large flat -screen TV and windows overlooking at the private pool and the mountains.
You will enjoy a GRAND MASTER CHEF'S KITCHEN kitchen that includes quartz countertops, tile counter to ceiling backsplash, custom cabinets and lighting, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring throughout.
The two Bathrooms are fully renovated featuring double shower, rain shower heads and bath tub.
There is a separate room fully equipped as a business center with full time access to 19" Apple Computer and Laser Printer.
The house is conveniently equipped with a WIFI Port, offers Smart Lock and Smart Nest thermostat.
Your family needs will be well taken care of with essential amenities such as baby high chair, baby bath tub, baby changing pad and portable baby playpen as well as entertainment activities such as books, board games and Janga.
Notes: This is owner occupied house. 4 adults total (2 adults per room) plus children 12 and under allowed.

KITCHEN & DINING: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, huge quarz countertops, attached bar area with three comfortably padded bar stools and plenty of space for preparing meals.
Some of the amenities include Jura Coffee/ Espresso/ Cappuccino Machine; Bagel Toaster; Cuisinart Snow Cone Maker; Microwave; Waffle Maker; Electric Kettle; Air Fryer; Ninja Blender, Mixer, kids plates, spoon and forks; bbq grill utensils as well as variety of plates suited for your catering needs.

BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is spa-like with stocked toiletries( shampoo, conditioner and body soap, cotton rounds, q tips, sawing kit), plush towels, hairdryer and flat iron hair straightener.

Interior Was Exceptional

The pictures shown of the inside of the property are exactly what you should expect. The decorations are amazing and the beds are comfortable. The floors during our stay could have used a good mopping but we were all excited to see that the appearance of the inside of the property was just as shown. The pool was a bit disappointing. We booked this home specifically to swim but were not able to. The pool and the exterior were not as shown in the photos. We ended up spending a pretty good amount of money to swim at hotel pools. I have to say the manager was great and always responded quickly. They also have indicated that they will be working to get the pool cleaned up and ready for use going forward. So hopefully that is improved. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Vegas.

Great spot off the strip

I stayed with a group of friends for a Moms getaway and this house was just what we were looking for. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The pool was a nice place to cool off and relax. We were just a short uber/Lyft ride away from all the major casinos making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend

Our group of 5 fit very comfortably in this beautifully decorated home. The pool out back was perfect for our very hot August getaway, there was ample seating, the bathrooms were large, and the (massive) kitchen was well stocked with the items we needed. Calling Uber/Lyfts to the strip was super easy (and we took many). The host could not have been more accommodating - I don’t think I ever waited more than a few minutes tops to receive a response to any message I sent ahead of and after booking. If I had a friend looking for a place to stay in Vegas, I would be 100% confident recommending this place.

Perfect Vegas rental

We decided to go to Vegas to celebrate a few birthdays in our family. We’ve done the strip many times and thought we would change it up and do a VRBO! Honestly, it was perfect! Ivo the host was great from the second we booked the property! He always got back to us quickly for any questions or needs we had. The house is darling! We loved the modern look and it slept everyone so comfortably! The pool wad the biggest hit! We spent almost the entire time out there! It had pool chairs, floaties, everything we needed! It’s really not that far from anything and we got an Uber quickly when we did want to go out for the night! We were all extremely satisfied with this stay and would highly recommend! Would stay here 1000 more times! Loved working with Ivo and this property! Thank you!
