This luxury home away from home is very modern but very cozy. Two story , three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a King beds, you'll have a great night sleep guaranteed. Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free but feel free to smoke outside. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , Roku TV . Guests will have access to entire house and garage. Free WIFI, Roku TV .Home located in Silverado Ranch, 2 blocks from South Point Hotel & Casino. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. I-15 Freeway just 5 minutes away. It's quick and easy route to Las Vegas Strip.You will love this location and style of this home. 6.6 miles 12 minutes toHarry Reid International Airport. 4.4 miles 10 minutes to Las Vegas Strip. Easy highway access. Taxis, Uber ride are under $20.

We’ve stayed at several Vrbo homes in the past and this one was definitely one of the best! The home was spotlessly clean, and the online pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person. The hostess was kind and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this home!

Vegas bowling trip

This was a great place to stay. We where in Vegas for a bowling tournament very clean house, all beds where comfortable, plenty of linen. Only bad thing the neighbors dogs where up every day at 7:30 am. I would stay at this house again !

The Perfect Spot for a long Vegas visit

Me and two friends came out to Vegas to play poker for 17 days. We wanted to find a place we could stay that was relatively close to the strip (20 minute drive) but was also in a safe neighborhood. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath place was perfect. Although it's small (in terms of square footage), it had everything we needed. It had a large refrigerator/freezer (ice maker), with an oven, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of glassware and silverware (although a few more teaspoons would have been nice). It had a washer/dryer, ironing board & iron (which came in handy since I didn't pack 17 days worth of clothes). It even had a grill outside (although we never considered grilling, it was 113 degrees on June 30). When we arrived, we had trouble getting both TVs to work. I texted the owner and they were both fixed within 24 hours (needed new cable boxes). We were at the Casino most of the day, but a few times, we got back early (by 6 pm) and we did watch TV those evenings. The TVs did have capability to access apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. but unfortunately only the cable box remotes were on site (we needed the actual TV remotes to access the apps), but I always bring my HDMI cable so I was able to watch some Amazon Prime once I connected my laptop to the TV via HDMI cable. There is grocery, restaurants, gas, etc. all within a mile. South Point Casino is about 2 miles away. The neighborhood is safe. I walked 3-4 miles every morning (before it got too hot). Highly recommend.

Vegas Getaway

The house was clean, beds were comfortable, great location, and overall a pleasure to stay at. There were a few things that were going on. The A/C seemed to have a mind of it's own. We would go to sleep with it at 72 and wake up and it would be in the 50's. The other issue was in one bedroom the lights kept coming on in the middle of the night and in the master bedroom the tv would come on in the middle of the night. Other than that it was good stay.

Perfect Stay

Great place! Very clean and quiet. Our event was at South Point so we loved the 5 min Uber ride compared to the lengthy commute from the strip. Would definitely stay here again!
