Beautiful Single Story Home in Green Valley - Near Airport and LV Strip

Open floor plan with stone flooring - Game table - Library - Large circular sofa seats 1-dozen - Wood burning Cowboy Cauldron (great for making S'mores Yummy), Spa, Grass for croquet in rear yard - Covered Patios - Built-in patio misting system (seasonal) - nearby park and walking trails - Sunset Station Casino 1.4 miles away with bowling, movie theater, arcade and restaurants (Recommend the Oyster Bar - Cajun Cuisine).

For larger groups (over 6-guests) there is an additional nightly fee, applied only to the seventh through tenth guest, i.e. a group of 7-guests is charged the regular rate plus $25/night. For more than (8) and up to (10) guests, please inquire with owner.

The garage is locked-off, however there is plenty of outside parking, including 3-spaces in the driveway and a quite, wide street perfect for overflow/boat/RV parking.

Two noise level monitors are installed at the property, one is in the interior common area and the other is on the rear patio. This is a requirement for all short term rental properties within the city municipality for the purpose of addressing potential noise complaints from neighbors and is for everyone's benefit. Refer to House Rules for more information.

There is a security camera at the exterior entry area, as required by city municipality for security purposes. For security purposes only there is a camera located on the rear yard patio cover near and pointing away from the covered spa.

Our family of grandparents, parents and a ten month old had a perfect experience! The home is gracious, clean and appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub was welcome for adult respite. The kitchen contained everything we needed plus a highchair! Linda supplied a portable crib. We will not look further for our next trip to this lovely home

Great location in quiet neighborhood. House was well equipped with items you may need for your stay. There was a plumbing issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. We notice the bedding had very large stains on two beds. We reached out to the property manager to ask about it. She said she was was aware and waiting for new sheets and blankets to arrive. Not sure why she left stained bedding and thought guests would be ok with it. Just because it was washed doesn't mean it's sanitary. Who knows what those stains are or how the bedding was washed. We had to sleep on towels since the issue wasn't addressed. There is a Target less than two miles away. New bedding could of easily been brought in. The house is as pictured with plenty of room to spread out and enjpy the Las Vegas area.

Linda's house was the perfect set up for my family attending a wedding in Vegas. Adult children and their spouses had ample room and the kitchen area was ideal for gathering and TV.Throw in the ping pong and hot tub and it could not have gone better.

Mother's 80th Birthday

It was a perfect location and beautiful house. My older mother did have trouble getting in and out of the car as the driveway is a steep pitch so keep in mind if you are mobility challenged.

We loved this home!

We really enjoyed our stay in Henderson! The house has a great open floor plan with a wonderful living and kitchen area. The master suite and master bath are quite spacious. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area with the hot tub and fire cauldron. We would definitely stay again.

More than we imagined

Impressed by the efficiency and professionalism often missing with rentals. House was clean, well stocked and easily accessed through the check in procedures.
