The actual building itself needs to be remodeled. The floors are stained and feel like they have been run through. It was very hard to sleep. The walls are very thin, especially the ceiling. I was on the second floor and was kept awake by all of the footsteps from the third floor. Everything echoes and it sounds like the ceiling was going to collapse in itself. There were distinct cracks on the ceiling and it left me very worried at night. The bathtub was also creaking pretty badly. I felt bad for the room that was under me since I knew they were being disturbed by how much the bathtub creaked with any little movement. Another safety issue were the outlets in the room. There were cracks around them and many of the wires are bent and connected to power extensions. It was very unsafe. The elevator needs to be serviced as well. It worked, but it sounded and felt like it was on its last gear. Breakfast went alright, but a main issue was the wait time for the waffle machine. There was only one. Another one should be installed. The restocking of the breakfast was also slow. I had to sit and wait to actually be able to get something to eat. Only positives were that the beds and room were moderately clean. Housekeeping was very nice and did their routine checkups every morning. For the receptionists, the ladies were very nice. The one man I came across was very blunt and not eager to help in his tone and gestures. I will not be coming back.

Staff was courteous upon arrival and when checking out. The room was clean, but overall everything was just older. We could hear everything that happened above us and in the hall all night long- which meant poor sleep for everyone. Served the purpose for an overnight before a flight, but anything more would have been uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for the duration of my stay. The amenities were great, I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I felt comfortable coming back to a clean room, made it really feel like a home away from home.

The property is ok for the price, I liked the location because it is close to Heritage Park where we had all our activities, it was also clean. It definitely needs some maintenance though, floors need repairs, tv acting up, broken microwave.

The staff was great. Polite and courteous. Unfortunately the building is old and feels run downed. The single elevator complained about doing its job (literal shaking and creaking) Our room was dark with small light sources. Our shower and tub creaked worse than a horror movie door, per step. I felt really bad for anyone sleeping next to us or under us. It's not bad, but not what I expect from a Wyndham hotels that I have visited
