Kitchen had the appliances but no pots, pans, plates, utensils. I had to “borrow” pans from the front desk. Then had to go buy utensils and cookware to make up the difference which I threw away when I left because I can’t take it on a plane. I booked this hotel because of the kitchenette and will not be back because they don’t provide anything to use.

The room and hotel were great. We have stayed in many places with kitchenettes. So far all besides this one had some cooking utensils. So our plans to cook were thrown out when we came to this realization. Next time, we will have to bring all of our own cooking supplies on top of luggage.

Good room for a 1 night stay. Would stay there again. Of note, we had a kitchenette with a full sized fridge and 2 stove-top burns and no pots/pans/dishes/or silverware in the room.

I had bed bug bites in room 412. I reported it to Lana Oprea who had the bed tested and told me that the bed had no bugs. She also told me that she sent me the results however I did not receive it (results) in my email nor by text. I feel like I am being treated poorly and undervalued. I feel like I don’t matter to your General Manager Lana. My stay was from Wednesday October 15, 2025 and Thursday October 16, 2025 and we checked out on Friday around noon. I got home around 5:00 pm. I went to urgent care and the doctor said I have bug bites on my body. I was advised to take Benadryl and calamine lotion. Some of your staff members saw the bites, including Lana. Currently, I am experiencing extreme discomfort. In the future you MUST check the room for bugs.

Clean place. Close to the airport. Free parking and coin laundry access. Basic coffee and breakfast amenities. Just what you need for a place to crash near the airport for arrival/departure. The only downside is the AC unit which is really loud, but not something they can help. Bring ear plugs to sleep in.

The only thing I didn't like was spotting some previous occupant's Qtip just under the corner of my bed, that shouldn't have been missed by cleaning staff.

RUN as fast as you can AWAY from this place

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was close to lots of restaurants and shops. The bad thing about this hotel was my tub didn’t drain so every time I showered, I was standing in a pool of dirty water. The UGLIEST thing about this hotel stay is they have bed bugs. The 1st morning I woke up to blood on the sheets. I thought mybe I scratched myself somehow. The 2nd morning is when I saw 2-3 bed bugs on the sheets. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk but Bryan (assuming he was the manager) was very dismissive and offered me a 10% discount. I was soo worried that I may have brought bed bugs back home with me.

First time at My Place, but definitely not the last! Very reasonable pricing was a bonus. Staff was super helpful and friendly, and the room was so clean and well maintained - even the baseboard in the bath was spotless! The full sized refrigerator and microwave might have been overkill for a one night stay, but we made full use of them to re-freeze ice packs and heat leftovers. We give it a ten!
