With panoramic lake views from all bedrooms and the living room, this luxurious 3-bed/3-bath is the ideal place for couples or large families to entertain and create special memories.

This exceptional and modern Penthouse is located at the end of the Viera complex, providing it with a unique privacy. The unit includes two furnished balconies allowing guests to have their own getaway space, while still enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Las Vegas and the mountains above. The main balcony off the master bedroom includes comfortable, modern seating for those who enjoy hosting or relaxing outside.

For those who need a break from the strip when visiting Vegas this is the perfect escape. We stayed at the Venetian for two nights and Lake Las Vegas for three. Could pop back into Vegas anytime we wanted. The Penthouse is very close to Hoover Dam. Also went to the Valley Of Fire and Red Rock Canyon. Loved that we had balconies over looking the lake. Great trip. Thanks!

Awesome place.Parking not very good. WiFi questionable.Suggest a few coffee pods be available until opportunity to get to store. Confused about automated message complaining about the noise one night while two of us sat on the balcony for an hour. No drinking or partying.

Girls Getaway

The place was wonderful. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. In addition, the location of having several different types of restaurants right below was great. Then spending time each morning drinking coffee on one of the decks watching the water made our mornings.The group is already talking about renting this place again next year.

Quiet Spot on the Lake

Didn’t want to stay in Vegas, and this was a quiet refuge from the strip. Uber rides back and forth were about 30 mins, close to the dam and the parks was important.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

This is my eighth visit to Lake Las Vegas but my first time staying in this condo. It was absolutely perfect. They spared no expense when decorating either. When I needed a question answered, the manager was on top of it, answering any question I had within the hour. Definitely a fantastic place and I look forward to staying here again.
