The unit was nice, reasonably quiet and located near two casinos (walking distance as advertised). The pool was not open yet when I was there. The neighbors I met were pleasant and helpful.

Safe and walking distance to Palms and Rio

I really liked how easy the parking was and how close the unit was to the parking lot. The guard gate and 24 hour security was a plus too. I was the first renter for this unit through VRBO and the owner was well accommodating to my suggestions for me and future renters needs. The washer and dryer are small but having them being in the unit it is really a plus. the couch is enormous, and the tv's were very nice. Cable and wifi to round it out. I stayed for ten days and was much more comfortable than I would of been in a hotel. The Palms, Rio and Gold Coast are really close and within walking distance. I would definitely come back.
