The hotel was clean, but we had some problems. We checked in late, and there was a problem with our key card not working. After having maintenance reset the lock, it was discovered that it was our card and not the lock that was the problem. My husband went back to the desk and was told that they were having problems with their card coder and we would have to move to another room. We were moved to a "quiet" room where doors were slamming shut at all hours. We asked for 2 room keys, but were told they weren't able to accommodate due to the card coder problem. The free breakfast consisted of bagels, small boxes of cereal, yogurt, and a few pieces of fruit. So if you're looking for protein, you'd have to look elsewhere. There was a sign posted as we were leaving saying that they are going to expand their breakfast, so maybe that will improve. Also, be aware that this hotel has no pool, so if you're traveling with children, that might be a deal breaker. Parking was convenient and ample.

Checking in was super easy, the front girls were very nice, room and hotel in general was very clean, the beds and pillows super comfortable, I didn’t have time to try the free breakfast but coffee was very good, i really enjoyed my stay in this property

This hotel looked brand new. It was very nice and clean. The rooms were very nice and modern. We used the airport shuttle to get to the airport, and it was a very short drive. We will definitely stay there again.

I loved the accessible restroom! The beds were comfortable.The only issue I had was making the room dark. There were no curtains or a way to draw the shade for privacy.

nothing to write home about

It was terrible. Because i have stayed in other hotels like Best Western, and others, comparing with Spark By Hilton is nothing to write home about. Breakfast is horrible, when you serve only bread did you consider those who does not take carbohydrate ? Best Western provide eggs, susage, and other things. The room was only cleaned every other day? I see so much micro managing here. Well hope you guys will improve.

Very clean and quiet. Well lit parking lot with access key only entrances to hotel. No loud guests, noises. Didn’t hear anything from the airport. Easy freeway access and close to rental car drop off. Near a big newer shopping complex and Tacos El Gordo. Shower floor was a little slippery when wet but other than that, no problems or issues.

Nice place. Super clean and friendly staff

It was a nice stay. We had oatmeal, bagels and coffee for breakfast. Place was super clean and I didn’t have any complaints. I brought my poodle and the staff was nice and courteous. Would stay again.

But I fought a piece of hair in the towel next to the shower place.. Also they set up the room for me next to the elevator, I can hear the sound when people close the door...next time...I will pick up the room not too close to elevator....
